Problem Statement:
When a user starts nVision in 2- or 3-tier, they receive the following warning:The PS/nVision DrillDownDir registry setting is missing or invalid. Yes to continue. (28,154)
Root Cause:
This issue occurs if you have a back-slash (\) at the end of the drilldown directory path in user's configuration file.Resolution:
Start Configuration Manager on the user's machine.Note: If there is no shortcut to Config Manger on the user's desktop or Windows Start Menu, the Config Manager file is located at the User'sPeopleTools Installation location\bin\client\winx86\pscfg.exe)
Remove the back-slash at the end of the drilldown layouts path:
